Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Incinote and its services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Incinote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

Incinote grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or professional purposes, subject to these terms.

  • You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • You may not misuse the service to engage in unlawful or harmful activity.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at all times.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Certain features of Incinote require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, automatically renew at the end of each billing period, and are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Pricing is shown clearly before checkout.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

14-day refund. New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge, for any reason, by emailing support@incinote.com from the address on file. Refunds are issued through the original payment method, typically within 7 business days.

Renewals. Subscription renewals (after the initial 14-day window) are non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will investigate in good faith.

Exceptional cases. We will issue refunds outside this policy where required by applicable consumer-protection law, or at our discretion (for example, when a service outage prevented you from using the product).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in Incinote are the property of Incinote or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

6. Disclaimer

Incinote is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incinote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Incinote at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
