  • Account credentials (Name, Email, Profile Picture via Google OAuth)
  • Conversation transcripts explicitly submitted for analysis
  • User preferences and settings configurations
  • Payment transaction history (processed securely via Stripe/Paystack)

Technical Data

  • Device ID (generated for anonymous usage limits)
  • Browser type and version information
  • IP Address (used strictly for security and localization)
  • Usage timestamps and interaction metrics

3. Use of Data

We process your data for specific business purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and monitor the Service usage.
  • To manage your account registration and authentication.
  • To process payments and manage subscription statuses.
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud.

4. Security & Encryption

AES-256 Standard

Incinote employs rigorous encryption standards. Sensitive data, including parsed conversation logs, are stored using AES-256 encryption. We do not have visibility into your encrypted content.

Data at Rest

Encrypted in MongoDB Atlas.

Data in Transit

TLS 1.2+ Secured Channels.

5. Disclosure of Data

We may disclose your personal data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of Incinote, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, or protect against legal liability.

6. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update, or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.

7. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies (such as Stripe for payments or Google for authentication) to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

8. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
